Processing starts after checks
The terms describe processing within three business days after a request or the previous payment, provided checks are complete. Payment-provider delivery follows separately. Consecutive cashouts therefore need the relevant timing rule, not a blanket promise for every request.
KYC can be requested and is generally described as taking up to ten days after a complete response. Check what has to be supplied before relying on the processing window.
Play requirements can affect a withdrawal
Deposits must complete 1× play. If that requirement is not met, the terms reserve the right to cancel all winnings and retain a 10% commission on the last deposit, with a €0.50 minimum; the commission is 15% for a card or bank-transfer deposit. The rules also require at least €20 of bets in the month of the withdrawal. These EUR-denominated conditions should not be silently rewritten as CAD.
CAD is supported by the published table. An Interac e-Transfer logo appears on the payment page, but the exact withdrawal method, minimum and fee were not confirmed.

Check province and game availability
Canada is not in the general prohibited-country list, but provincial eligibility remains unconfirmed. The provider restrictions also exclude NetEnt for Canada. Country-list absence does not establish access to every game or offer.
For a Level 1 account, the published CAD allowance is C$750 per day and C$10,500 per month. The processing window follows completed checks, while unmet deposit play can affect both the winnings and commission. Compare those conditions before considering the higher-tier limits.
